Some of the best food and personalized dining experiences in Tacoma. Be sure to call for reservations ahead of time! We ordered the 3 Meat Chop Chop Hash and Lobster Bomb. You get the freshest ingredients - truly a farm to plate. Shawn (the owner) makes you feel like a long lost friend. This is a must on your dining bucket list!

The owner welcomed us warmly and showed us plates coming out of the kitchen to help us decide. We ordered 4 entrees, the Lobster Bomb and Apple Bread Pudding French Toast were to die for. Awesome time and great staff who truly care about the amazing food they produce.

Shawn never disappoints. Everything is farm to table fresh and each dish is a masterpiece and a treat to all of the senses. I can't say enough about what a pleasure it is to dine at Shawn's table. He treats everyone as family and genuinely appreciates every one of his guests. It's obvious there is a lot of love and passion in every dish. If you haven't tried Tibbitts, it's a must. Reservations are required and it's a good idea to plan ahead, but it's so worth the wait and anticipation of a one of a kind experience. Also a great choice to impress visiting family and friends.
