We went on a Wednesday at noon for brunch. We did not have a reservation but the website did say it's required for weekends. We were seated immediately and the owner even opened the door for us and welcomed us in. With the menus we also were served delightful fruit-infused waters. We ordered the Lobster Bomb to share and it was plenty of food for two! It did not skimp on flavor or lobster. Beautiful presentation and we enjoyed seeing all of the different menu items as they came out of the kitchen. We enjoyed our food, the attentive staff and the unique atmosphere.

I could taste all of the ingredients, but it all went together very well. Since the food is good for you and nutritious, the prices are not bad at all. Great service and amazing food! He appreciated the standard and it was worth the price! Honestly, every single slice. Treat yourself and enjoy some of the finest food ever. I feel very fortunate that I had this wonderful experience of getting dinner!

Where do I even begin? Tibbitts isn’t just a restaurant, but a place you can go to feel warm and welcomed. Shawn is an amazing and personable person. I truly appreciated his personality and hospitality as I am brand new to the area, coming from the Midwest. The delicious and creative food is just the added plus! I can tell that Shawn puts his whole heart into not only his craft of cooking, but also his community and making people feel good. What he has created for the community is truly inspiring and I cannot wait to bring my husband there and everyone who comes to visit me!!! I think the crew at Tibbitts might even get sick of seeing my face, haha! I consider myself a true foodie from Detroit and Tibbitts is definitely on par with my standards when it comes to food. I can’t wait to see the next menu that Sean comes up with! I’ll be back very soon!!
